Control the changes between linked objects

Greetings,

I have the next trouble:

I want to controlate the changes between two objects that are linked. I know about the suspect links, but I only want controlate some attributes, not every attribute. I know that if you uncheck the option "Affect change dates" on the attribute properties, the changes will not appear at the suspect link, but it's not really true, because when other attribute have a change, the previous suspect link appear.

My question is, someone knows some efficient way to control the changes only in the attributes that I want?
